Our Online Inventory
At Jiya Jewellers, we strive to keep our online inventory up to date. Our online store’s offerings are updated every night after business hours.
In the unlikely event that an item appears in stock erroneously and you purchase it, we will notify you within 48 hours of your purchase and offer you a full refund.
Taxes
The Government of Canada, the Government of Ontario, and local municipalities provide valuable services to the people of this great nation. As responsible citizens and business owners, we must collect taxes on their behalf.
The current rate of taxation for sales in Ontario, Canada, is 13% (HST). Taxes vary based on the buyer’s location and are calculated automatically by Shopify’s software. These taxes are then remitted to the appropriate government agencies.

As part of our customer service, we will double-check your order and contact you within 24 hours if we notice any discrepancies in product descriptions, prices, or other details.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major Canadian-issued and most international credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
To protect your security, the shipping address must match the billing address of the credit/debit card used. If the two addresses differ, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
Validating Your Order
Congratulations! You are now the proud owner of elegant jewellery. Your purchase will be shipped once we validate a few important details.
As part of our fraud prevention policy, the billing address of your credit card must match the shipping address of your order. If these addresses do not match, your order will be cancelled. You will be notified within 48 hours by email or phone, and any charges will be reversed.
Once payment is verified, we remove your purchased item from display and begin the secure shipping process.

Duties and Other Charges on International Shipping
We love our neighbours to the south! Our online store serves both Canadian and American customers. However, international shipments may be subject to duties and additional charges determined by border authorities.
These fees are beyond our control.
If duties or additional charges apply to your purchase, please pay them promptly to receive your order. Failure to do so may result in the item being returned.
Product Display & Colours
We make every effort to display product images that closely resemble the actual items. Our jewellery often features naturally occurring gemstones, which may vary in colour, shade, blemishes, markings, or inclusions.
Please note that screen settings on different devices may alter color appearance. For the most accurate view, we recommend checking the images on multiple devices.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please note:
- The exchange policy does not apply to gold or diamond products purchased from this website.
- The exchange policy applies only to silver products purchased from this website.
- Customized items are non-refundable, non-returnable, and not eligible for exchange.
- Items under “Special Offers,” “Discounts,” or “Clearance” are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we’re confident you’ll love your Jiya Jewellers purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange your item for another of equal or greater value, subject to the following conditions:
Time Frame:
The return or exchange process must be initiated within 10 days of the purchase date, and the item must be received by us within 10 days of purchase.Condition of Product:
The item must be intact, in its original condition and packaging, with the security tag in place, and showing no signs of use, damage, or wear.Non-Alteration:
The item must not be altered, resized, or worn.1.Exclusions:
Nose pins and nose rings are non-exchangeable for health and hygiene reasons.2.Quality Inspection:

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 10% may be applied to items returned or exchanged. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and handling of returned items.
Exchange Procedure
We’re sorry that you’re not 100% happy with your purchase. Please follow the instructions below to start the exchange process. Remember: the merchandise must be shipped within 10 days of the purchase date.
Step 1: Email info@jiyajewellers.com requesting an exchange or refund. Include:

The reason for your exchange or return.
Step 2: We will reply with an RMA number. Please label your package with this RMA number.
Step 3: Once you’re ready to ship, reply to the RMA email with:

Proof of shipping insurance for the full value of your item(s).
Step 4: We will notify you once we receive your shipment.
Step 5: Our quality assurance team will inspect the returned item(s) to ensure all criteria are met.
Step 6: We will email you the outcome of the inspection. If eligible for an exchange or refund, we will issue store credit or refund details in the same email.
Step 7: For exchanges, please place a new order using your store credit coupon.
Step 8: For refunds, we will issue the refund to the same payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
Step 9: No hard feelings! We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you again.
Shipping
We take great care to ensure your purchase arrives safely and in perfect condition. We use premium packaging materials and trusted shipping partners.

Free standard shipping within Canada for all orders over $75.

Orders under $75 are charged a flat shipping fee of $11.

Standard delivery: 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

Express shipping: 1–3 business days.
If your package arrives damaged, do not accept the shipment. Contact us immediately for assistance.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.
